You’re welcome to read them and share them within your own team (and expressly encourage it), but please don’t copy, repackage, resell, or use them to build a competing offering.

1. Intellectual Property

All content and proprietary methodology on this site — including the Internal Promise / External Promise framework, the Five Dimensions of Operational Integrity, the Internal Promise Snapshot, and the Savvy SMB name and logo — are owned by Savvy SMB LLC®. You may apply these ideas inside your own organization; you may not claim them as your own work, and attribution is required if you reference them publicly.

2. No Advisory Relationship; Engagements Are Separate

This website is informational. Using it or contacting us does not create a consulting or advisory relationship. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement; if anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the engagement agreement controls.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Materials on this site are provided for general guidance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and any examples or sample results are illustrative only. Outcomes depend on factors within your organization’s control, including leadership commitment and follow-through.

4. Acceptable Use
